The Spaniards have created a virtual Museum of coronavirus

Several of the Spaniards had established a virtual Museum of coronavirus (Covid Art Museum). He appeared in the social network Instagram and at the moment has got almost three hundred exhibits. Here you can see photographs, drawings, collages, videos created by different people who are forced to stay home due to pandemic coronavirus.

idleness alone created the design of the mask of basketballs, vinyl, lace, cardboard and photographed them. Other filmed the empty streets from their homes and calls to stay home. Somebody was just doodling. Their work people around the world lecturing on the pages in social networks.

At some point, three of the Spaniards Emma Calvo, Irene Llorca and Jose Guerrero, many friends who became interested in such creativity, I decided to combine these works of art in one space. “We asked ourselves what will happen to these works that people create in their homes?” – quotes Calvo to the newspaper El Mundo. And there was a virtual Museum of coronavirus.

the Collection is updated daily. Every day the creators of the Museum receive 20 to 50 proposals, and they are forced to select the best-quality work, characterized by their originality. “They have to tell about the feeling, experience, or observation associated with the pandemic,” say the Spaniards, turned into Museum curators.

To date they have received works from more than 50 countries. Most enthusiasts were in Latin America and the United States.

As noted by Calvo, Lorca and Guerrero, the pandemic will ever end, but art – no. The Museum will be a digital archive, a testimony of how people survived COVID-19. And I might be able to create the basis for his present exhibition.
