MOSCOW, June 18. /TASS/. Supporters reviewing the circumstances of the Second world war undermined the foundations of the entire device of present Europe. This opinion was expressed by President of Russia Vladimir Putin in his article on the history of the Second world war. The article published in the journal National Interest in English, Friday on the Kremlin website version will be posted in Russian.
“unfortunately, it shows a deliberate policy aimed at destroying the post-war world order, the creation of which was a matter of honour and the responsibility of States, a number of representatives today voted in favor of this false resolution,” — says the Russian leader, commenting on the actions of individual European politicians.

Russia calls on all countries to speed up the process of declassification of archives relating to the pre-war and military periods and is ready for wide international cooperation in this field, said the Russian President.
“We urge all countries to speed up the process of declassification of the archives and publication of previously unknown documents pertaining to the prewar and postwar periods, like Russia did in the recent years, — said Putin. In this regard, we are ready to cooperation and joint research projects with the participation of historians.”
