First international open festival of arts “Day of Victory…”, organized by the Moscow Conservatory. P. I. Tchaikovsky, was held in 2013. Since then, participation in the annual festival under the leadership of Alexander Soloviev, art Director of the Chamber choir of the Moscow Conservatory, took more than 2,000 performers.
