From 1 August Russia will resume international flights in three countries – the UK, Turkey and Zanzibar. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the government of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova.

According to her, Russians will be able to fly to Turkey, first in Istanbul and Ankara, and from 10 August to resorts. In Tanzania will be accessible only to Zanzibar.

“This was possible because for quite a long time in the Russian Federation reduced the rate of new coronavirus infection”, – said Golikova, the government’s decision, reports RIA “Novosti”.

As reported by telegram-channel “Lifting” at the moment Russia is negotiating the resumption of flights approximately 30 countries.

Earlier, Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin announced that Russia will resume international flights from August 1. Yet to fly out of the country will be possible only from Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-don.

In the rest of the city will be able to fly only export flights with limitations on the number of passengers.
