“Zero inflation for the second consecutive week is good news for the economy, and not, – explains the Director of the Center for market research HSE George Ostapkovich. – On the one hand, this situation allows the Central Bank to reduce the key rate, as inflation accelerates more slowly than foreseen in the forecast.
