From 2022, applicants entering the Moscow City University of Management of the Government of Moscow (MGUU) will be able to use the grant system. It will fully compensate for the cost of training.

Many graduates of the Moscow Government University become employees of the capital’s authorities and subordinate organizations.

20 applicants entering the bachelor’s degree program in the areas of “state and municipal administration”, “economics”, “jurisprudence” and “personnel management” will be able to get into the program. They will receive a grant for the entire four-year period of study.

Applicants who scored at least 240 points on the Unified State Exam, submitted a portfolio with examples of their participation in urban and youth projects and were interviewed by experts will be able to apply for grants.

Within the framework of the program, 60 scholarships are also distributed, which will fully compensate for the cost of tuition each semester. 15 first-year students who have overcome the threshold of 220 points on the Unified State Exam will be able to apply for them. Another 45 scholarships will be distributed on a competitive basis among second— and fourth-year students, taking into account academic performance and social activity.

Thus, even if the applicant does not receive a grant upon admission, he will be able to compete for a scholarship during his studies.

All the fellows will already be interning in the authorities and organizations of the Moscow Government during their studies. This will allow novice specialists to consolidate their knowledge and skills in practice, and make useful acquaintances.

For any questions regarding admission, you can contact the admission committee of the University of the Government of Moscow by phone: +7 (925) 570-91-32, +7 (495) 957-91-32 or write to the mail: priem@mguu.ru .

To receive, you must submit an application by July 25, and to receive scholarships — until September 10.
