Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin told President Vladimir Putin on the introduction of electronic passes for getting around the city in a pandemic of coronavirus.

During the meeting with President Sergey Sobyanin said that the city authorities have adopted additional restrictive measures, covering a large part of the enterprises of Moscow.

“to control this system, has introduced throughput mode, which will work starting Wednesday. This introduced a system of electronic passes. The first step is only for those citizens who move by transport,” – said Sobyanin, his words leads RIA “Novosti”.
