In 11 of the profile commissions of the expert group was composed of about 500 representatives of business community, authorities, expert and scientific organizations from different regions of Russia. The Commission shall conduct a preliminary selection and elaboration of the initiatives coming in the expert group, and may also nominate their initiatives.
Suggestions for improving the business climate, coming to the experts, relate to various issues – spatial planning, cadastre and operation of constructed facilities, individual housing construction, complex industrial facilities, digitalization of the industry, technical regulation, pricing, public procurement and taxation, construction supervision and self-regulation.
Now, according to Leonid Kazinets has been 258 different proposals. In September the expert group plans to submit to the leadership of the construction industry complex of the most important ones. This will begin interdepartmental work on their clarification and agreement.
