Paul Walwin was born in Radoshkovichi, Minsk region. He graduated from the Molodechno music College named after M. Oginsky, then the St. Petersburg state Conservatory named after N. Rimsky-Korsakov. After graduating became an artist of the Youth Opera program of the Bolshoi theatre of Russia.
