The head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin agreed with the statements of Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov that Russia should go to the budget deficit and to get off "oil dependence".

We need to invest in the demand for the products of national industry; to ensure the high-tech industry "long money", including cheap credits and budget funds; active measures of export support; to help to open foreign markets", – Rogozin wrote on Saturday on his Twitter page.
