Recipes from the coronavirus found in 5000 year old Ayurvedic texts

In India the researcher of ancient folk medicine Dr. Smita Naram Ayurveda in the study of Scriptures by the age of about 5,000 years found a Chapter that describes the symptoms, very similar to the coronavirus COVID-19.

As reported by India Today, a Chapter titled “Krimi”, which means “infection”, was discovered in the text of the book “Charaka-Samhita”. Dr. Smita Naram drew attention to the similarity of symptoms of the novel coronavirus and infection that was described about 5000 years ago.

So, in the Chapter “Krimi” is mentioned, the term “Lesma Krimi”. It describes something that cannot be seen with the naked eye because it is “the Maha Sukshma”. That is something so small that without the special tool can’t detect it.

“Charaka-Samhita” describes in detail how it is something deposited in the respiratory system of man. Moreover, “Maha Sukshma” in the ancient text described as a round shape with a “heavy” spikes.

“I was amazed at how close the description “Charak-Samhita” by the description of a new coronavirus, says Smita Naram. It explains how to “Slashme Krimi”, after deposition in the respiratory system, causing cough and shortness of breath, and sometimes leads to death.”

By the way, in the same ancient text there are three ways to prevent infection “Lesma Krimi” and to be cured from this disease. One of the most effective ways, surprisingly, named isolation from others.

in addition, the ancient texts contain recommendations on the treatment and the diet of infected people, as well as practical tips to strengthen the immune system, especially of the respiratory system, with various medicinal herbs.
