Russian President Vladimir Putin may vote in the plebiscite on amendments to the Constitution ahead of time online or at the polling station on 1 July. This was announced by the representative of the Kremlin, Dmitry Peskov.

While in the Nizhny Novgorod region and Moscow, the people can vote remotely, as these regions became participants of the experiment in online voting.
