Moscow refuses to supply weapons to the new Afghan government led by the Taliban (a terrorist organization banned in Russia). This was announced by the Russian ambassador to Kabul Dmitry Zhirnov in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to the diplomat, Russia is not considering this issue.

“No, there is no question about this,” Zhirnov said.

Earlier, Zhirnov called the demands of the resistance leaders in the Afghan province of Panjshir to the Taliban militants overstated. According to him, the Panjshir people have requested too many seats in the new authorities.

On August 29, the son of former US President Donald Trump calculated the contribution of every American to arming the Taliban. He said that American weapons worth $ 85 billion turned out to be in the hands of terrorists. Every US citizen has invested $ 265 in weapons for the militants.
