The state Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov called for the adoption in Russia of the law on the protection of the Russian-speaking population abroad. On it informs RIA FAN.
According to Milonov, this law will allow more actively to defend the rights of Russians abroad. The Deputy noted that the bill, in particular, involves the imposition of sanctions, the deployment of peacekeeping forces.
The politician added that prior to the law’s possible application of total sanctions against countries with rusofobno policy. According to Milonov, “you cannot condemn the disenfranchisement of Russian in Latvia and to engage in trade with Latvia”.
