In at least two major cities have led the Marathon, local elections in Bavaria in the middle of the Corona-crisis to a change in the top post.

SPD loses Nürnberg but win in Ingolstadt!

There, the social Democrats lost the mayor post in the CSU: Marcus king (CSU) won the runoff election on Sunday, with 52.2 per cent against the SPD candidate Thorsten Brehm (47.8 percent). Quite different in Ingolstadt. There, the SPD Challenger, Christian Scharpf came in the run-off election on 59.3 percent of the votes, won against the incumbent Christian Lösel (CSU), with 40.7 percent.

In Munich remains in all likelihood, all the Old. In the provincial capital of the counting is on Monday in overtime, but CSU candidate Kristina Frank congratulated the successful incumbent Dieter Reiter already in advance for the victory.
