LC took responsibility for refusing to return to the Republic

LUHANSK, April 17 – RIA Novosti. The self-declared Luhansk people’s Republic deny responsibility for the fate of the persons who declined in an exchange of April 16 to return to the territory of the LC, told RIA Novosti the head of the working group on exchange of prisoners Olga Kobzeva.

Three people, including Dmitry BigCo, who moved to the LC in 2014 and fighting for a Republic, and later was a prisoner, refused to return to the territory of the LC during the procedure of exchange of prisoners.

“In the framework of the procedure of cleaning BigCo was pardoned by the President of Ukraine, but the other two refused to return to the exchange on the territory of the Republic was not pardoned. These people were released under personal obligations. Once again Kiev has not fulfilled their agreement in the procedural clearance, but now Luhansk people’s Republic will have to these people are irrelevant. Responsibility for their fate rests on them and on the state of Ukraine”, – said Kobzeva.

LC Representative called the behavior BigCo, rudely refused to exchange during a procedure on the line of contact in Donbas, “cynical, despicable and cowardly”. Kobzeva said that from the moment of falling prisoner to the authorities of the Republic fought for his release.
