These people were released under personal obligations. Once again Kiev has not fulfilled their agreement in the procedural clearance, but now Luhansk people’s Republic will have to these people are irrelevant. LC Representative called the behavior BigCo, rudely refused to exchange during a procedure on the line of contact in Donbas, “cynical, despicable and cowardly”. Kobzeva said that from the moment of falling prisoner to the authorities of the Republic fought for his release.
