I put in front of colleagues ambitious goals: we need to increase the volume of houses, which hold the Supervisory Board. This task is now the country needs, the need for the Russian families. For the first time in the history of Russia all the mechanisms to solve accumulated problems of defrauded investors. I should note that the process of reviewing homes on the Supervisory Board of the Fund embarked on the stream. Today we took the decision to restore the rights of more than 1.6 million shareholders in four regions. We will finish the house in Saratov, Yaroslavl, and Moscow regions, and in the Kemerovo region will pay compensation.
the Rights of shareholders of distressed homes will be restored in Saratov (HBC “Agreement”), Yaroslavl (SK megastrojj, OOO), Moscow (“Ekspertstroy”) and Kemerovo (“Participation”) areas. It decided to send more than 3.4 billion rubles from the Federal and regional budgets, as well as from the compensation Fund. The General Director of Fund of protection of the rights of shareholders Konstantin Timofeev, in turn, said:
– the Fund for the protection of rights of investors on a daily basis conducts work on preparation of documents on the problematic objects for consideration by the Supervisory Board. The question of assistance to the investors of problem objects for us, of course, the key, in many regions the situation is quite acute. People are waiting for action on homes abandoned by bankrupt developers decades ago. I want to note that all collected and unified register of objects of concern for today 3 099 72 houses in the regions will be resolved. Many regions are already actively used and regional, mechanisms of restoration of the rights of shareholders. I am confident that with the active and coordinated work of all of the accumulated problem we can solve by 2023.
