He noted that the authorities had not resolved the situation with the “creating mayhem with drug dealers” who beat the boy.
“Justice has not responded adequately to their excesses, and came to the aid of compatriots”, — he wrote in the telegram channel.
According to Kadyrov, clashes in Dijon cannot be called ethnic, as “evil has no nationality”.
the head of the region added that in Chechnya managed to defeat drug abuse and urged all community leaders to educate those distributing illegal substances.
“Drugs are an evil that we must wage a ruthless fight”, he concluded.
