a Bill on fines for motorcyclists and scooter owners for dangerous maneuvering between a series and a parallel movement on one strip was developed in the state Duma.
“For parallel movement with other vehicles the penalty in three thousand roubles. For dangerous maneuvering between the rows of the penalty may amount to 15 thousand rubles, or from two to six months of deprivation of a driving licence”, with reference to the author of the document Deputy of the state Duma Svetlana Bessarab write “news”.
According to statistics, traffic police, over the past five years were 35.5 thousand accidents involving motorcycles, mopeds and equivalent vehicles. Killing 3 thousand 958 people, more than 38 thousand were injured. Since the beginning of this year, the motorcyclists became participants of the nearly three thousand accidents, the victims of the incidents was 304 people.
a New bill aims to protect all road users, say the developers. Appropriate changes are proposed to the Code of administrative offences. The bill is aimed at discussion in the government.
