“In the approved code establishes ethical standards and requirements to office behavior of employees… Individual ethical standards and requirements for maintaining the appearance and wear of uniforms, and when handling proprietary and personal information,” – said in the explanatory note accompanying the document.
The need to develop such a code due to the need to define standards and requirements to office behavior of employees, the document says. The draft order is approved by the relevant structures of the interior Ministry of the Russian Federation in the prescribed manner. It is also noted that the implementation of the development Agency will not require new structures, increase the number of existing or additional financing.
