Roskomnadzor receives the right to oblige the app stores to block access to the software (including mobile applications) that were suspected of distributing pirated content. Anton Guskov, the Director for public relations RATEK, hopes that the Roskomnadzor will be able to create a practical application of the law, which will not cause a total lock software platforms, and be punished will point and only copyright violators.
