President Vladimir Putin and the permanent members of the security Council of Russia is disappointed that the Ukrainian authorities do not fulfill the Minsk and Paris agreement. As reported TASS, said Putin’s press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.

Today, as reported by the “Rambler”, Putin held a meeting with permanent members of the security Council of Russia. It was attended by the chairmen of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko and State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, the Ministers of foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov and interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Deputy Chairman of the security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, head of the foreign intelligence Service (SVR) Sergei Naryshkin and the Federal security service (FSB) Alexander Bortnikov, head of the presidential administration Anton Vaino, and the special representative of the President on environmental issues, ecology and transport Sergei Ivanov.

According to Peskov, during the meeting the participants discussed some international issues, including the situation in the Donbass, including expressed disappointment with the lack of dynamics in its settlement.

“Neither Minsk nor Kiev Paris arrangement performs,” he explained.
