Alec Baldwin hired Aaron S. Dyer, a New York-based attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. He was targeted by multiple lawsuits over his involvement in the shooting of ” Rust”, Fox News Digital confirmed.

This news comes shortly after Baldwin was the target of lawsuits filed by script supervisor Mamie Mitchell, and gaffer Serge Svetnoy.

Baldwin, the lawsuit claimed, “intentionally, and without just cause or excuse,” cocked a loaded gun and fired it, even though the scene was not required for the firing and cocking of a firearm. Baldwin also claimed that he pointed and fired the gun at Mitchell, Joel Souza, and Hutchins even though it was against protocol.

Svetnoy’s lawsuit also stated that Baldwin was not supposed to point the gun at anyone but the camera. Svetnoy claimed Baldwin had “a duty” to the gaffer, and other crew members, to use the gun the same way he would with a loaded weapon.

He claimed that he was struck by discharge materials and suffered severe emotional distress as a direct result of the incident.

Hutchins’ husband shared a photo of the tombstone of the cinematographer as her family prepared a private memorial to her memory.

“Halyna, my love, was the life of my dreams. Her death has devastated our family.” “We feel the silence of her disappearing forever as a suffocating stillness within our home,” Matt Hutchins stated in a Fox News Digital statement.

“Our love and admiration for her grows as she tells her story. We hope her work inspires filmmakers and storytellers all over the globe. We are grateful to all of our generous supporters for their support during this difficult time.
