Moscow. June 18. INTERFAX.RU — Russian President Vladimir Putin intends to address to compatriots on the eve of the main day of voting on amendments to the Constitution, which is scheduled for July 1, reported “Interfax” two-informed source.

“the President plans to appeal to the citizens to once again personally to clarify the meaning of amendments to the Constitution. It will happen one day after the Victory Parade on 24 June,” the source said.

Another source of “Interfax” said that “among the possible dates is considered on 29 and 30 June and the days immediately preceding the date of the ballot”.
