“the Receipt of Victory” are free of charge in all regions of operation of the water utilities RKS. If the subscriber, despite a zero amount in the payment document, erroneously paid for water in April, this amount will be taken into account in repay next month. The promotion applies to veterans who participated in combat during the great Patriotic war. Among clients of the company there are about 10 thousand people.
the Company RCS supplies water to about 5 million people in 8 regions of Russia – Perm Krai, Amur, Kirov, Samara, Tambov, Penza, Ulyanovsk regions and Republic of Karelia.
