Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday, June 23, will deliver a televised address to citizens. He will talk about the preliminary results of the fight against coronavirus, told reporters press-Secretary President Dmitry Peskov. It is expected that the appeal will show about 15:00 GMT.
