The Russians suffered a one-off payment for children is the ex-wife and refused to give her money. About it the woman told “Moskovsky Komsomolets.”

After Marina filled out the application on the website of public services, she received a reply that the benefits for two children whom she is raising alone, has already been received.

“I decided that it was some mistake — my computer always have problems. But when I phoned the Pension Fund (PF), and there checked the database, it was found that the money a week ago, got the father of the children,” she said.

While in PF the Marina at first suspected in the desire to deceive the staff and spoke with her “very rude”. However, seeing that the woman in the divorce, told me to call her ex-husband and ask him to return the money. The Russians, in turn, admitted that he had received benefit, but to return it refused.

As the newspaper writes, this situation is not unique.

“the decree [Russian President Vladimir] Putin does not specify which parent is entitled to receive child allowance. So who first issued the application for payment, and the money,” said sister Marina.

According to the lawyer Sergei Pogarsky, the Russians have no chance to challenge the fact of receiving the child allowance ex-husband. The situation is further complicated by the fact that after the divorce has not been determined with whom the child lives: with mother or father.

“the Most insulting, that, most likely, and the second part of the money also will go to the father. The system automatically sends money in the account in which carried out the first payment”, — concluded the lawyer.

On 23 June, the Russian leader signed a decree on the second lump-sum payment of 10 thousand rubles to families with children up to 16 years. These benefits were part of a package of measures to support citizens in crisis and pandemic coronavirus.
