MOSCOW, 28 APR – RIA Novosti. The Supreme Council of “United Russia” will prepare proposals for the phased exit of the Russian economy from the crisis associated with the spread of the coronavirus in the country, said the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the party Boris Gryzlov.
