Singer Shura on the way to glory was able to overcome the conflict with the mother and becoming popular to get rid of their addiction and to beat cancer. The victories and defeats in the life of the singer told the publication “StarHit”.
Alex, whose real name is Alexander Medvedev, spent his childhood in Novosibirsk. The musician was nine when my mother gave him to an orphanage for a month, while leaving behind the younger brother. Upon receipt of the passport, the singer learned that his life was raised by a stepfather, and birth father never even have seen him.
Study of the adolescent also did not work: after the seventh grade he was expelled with a certificate of lower secondary education and 12 years, Alex has broken up with the front teeth during an argument knocked out brother. To settle in life the boy helped the grandmother, who worked in the restaurant “Rus”. It was there that he began a stage career hanky.
“At some point I saw that the dials in the competition “Yalta-Moscow-Transit” on TV. I think I’ll take my chances, although terrible, no teeth,” said the singer in an interview.

In an interview, he explained that addiction was influenced by the loneliness and bad relationships with family.
“Had been spent So for a long time I had no apartment, no car. All went to friends, on restaurants, on drug. Probably 15 thousand dollars, maybe more. But during the treatment next to me was not one of his colleagues. I said nothing about his illness. Me insane it was scary to watch, so I was very isolated,” admitted Alex.
Suddenly, during the struggle with addiction, the singer was supported by the mother. At the same time, beating addiction, Alex found out he had cancer. The musician underwent an operation to remove the testicle and 18 sessions of chemotherapy.
During the struggle with cancer near the singer had his mom, but the end of treatment did not wait and left for Novosibirsk. In 2013, the Shura relationship with her mother deteriorated, she wrote him out of the apartment and for several years they did not communicate. In 2017, however, relations warmed, and Shura with sincere joy informed fans that finally in his vocabulary the word “mother”.
“Now in my life hanky long-awaited white stripe. The actor has no regrets about past mistakes, considering that the difficulties made him stronger and helped to become better. What would the test do not hit the musician in the future, fans are sure nothing will break,” – said the publication.
