On mos.ru an online service has started working, thanks to which residents of the capital can check which polyclinic, women’s consultation or dental clinic they are attached to, as well as get the necessary information about the medical institution, for example, phone number, working hours or the name of the district doctor.
The new service can be used by authorized users who have a full account on mos.ru .
– Increasing the availability and convenience of electronic services in the field of healthcare is one of the priority tasks of the city. New option on the portal mos.ru it will save patients’ time when contacting the hospital. For example, you can quickly check the attachment if you can’t remember the address or name of a medical organization—” Dmitry Ivanov, deputy head of the Moscow Department of Information Technology, quotes the official website of the Mayor of Moscow.
To use the service, you need to go to the “Services” section on mos.ru go to the “Health” section and in the “Attachment to the polyclinic” category select the option “Check attachment to the polyclinic”. In the window that appears, specify the number of the CHI policy and the date of birth, and then click “Check”.
The screen will display a list of all medical organizations to which the patient has an attachment. There is a “More Details” button under each of them. By clicking on it, patients can find out more information about a particular institution.
