Italy returns to France the work of famous street artist Banksy stolen in the past year and recently discovered near Rome. We are talking about picture sad girl Banksy in 2018, painted in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack on 13 November 2015 in Paris on one of the rear doors of the concert hall Bataclan.
