it is Noted that it is planned to upgrade the mechanisms of regulation of labor migration, to ensure safety and order in the area of migration, as well as a comprehensive Informatization of the public administration system in the sphere of migration.
Upcoming changes previously were approved by the decree of the RF government dated 30 may 2020 No. 1452-R. This document was approved the action Plan for implementation in 2020-2022 gg. concept of the state migration policy of Russia in the years 2019-2025.
In the press center explained that the plan was developed by legal experts of the Ministry of interior with the aim of developing proposals for reforming migration regimes and the institution of citizenship of the Russian Federation.
“there is Provided the improvement of the institutions permanent residence and Russian citizenship. In particular, the planned creation of a new legal regime for long-term stay of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation”, – said the interior Ministry, not explaining the details of such a regime.
At the same time in the press center of the interior Ministry said that they intend to create a unified information platform that will contain information about all foreign citizens present on the territory of Russia. This platform will provide our guests with convenient public services, the interaction between citizens, organizations and government agencies in electronic form and will also introduce personalized information services – personal profile, notifications and more. It is planned that the new information platform is a mobile application that will be installed on a mobile device foreign citizens.
Also, the interior Ministry said that there will be formed a state system of planning and control of migration processes. Its purpose is solution of problems of balanced spatial development, forecasting socio-economic and investment needs of the regions in the country, as well as accounting and redistribution capacity in the industries and enterprises.
