This car is beyond anything that has developed the Aston Martin so far. Up to 1160 HP and a maximum torque of 900 Newton metres, the Hybrid is designed to deliver sports car Valkyrie. More data on the likes of the British sports car maker is still not back, but one thing is for sure: No two entrepreneurs and Doctors from Switzerland, the substitute of the medicine in the car industry and Motorsport, would it slide this Dream will not give.

The idea of the Hypercar with a mid-engine had the owner of Aston Martin St. Gallen, Andreas Baenziger (58) and Florian Kamelger (44) – in the digital world. 2014 Aston Martin unveiled the DP-100 alongside some of the other manufacturers of virtual Vision racing car for the Playstation game “Gran Turismo”. “We thought it would be cool to build such a car,” says Baenziger. “And so we talked with some of our customers.” Quickly they had ten collectors, who would buy a mid-engine sports enthusiasts of Aston Martin.

The Eastern Swiss subsidiary is considered to be one of the most successful Aston Martin dealer in the world. This gave Baenziger direct access to the former Aston CEO Ulrich Bez. But the German at the top of the Aston Martin only looked at the development costs and was anyway not a Fan of mid-engined sports car. But as the Ref goes in Pension and Andy Palmer takes the helm, turns the sheet.

However, the Board still had financial concerns and also wanted to use hardly any human resources. Palmer found the solution – and invited Baenziger and Kamelger to Red Bull. “He knew that Design Guru Adrian Newey was a little bored of the formula 1, and dreamt of building a street car,” recalls Baenziger. “Neweys idea of a formula 1 racing car for the road corresponded exactly to the our. When I would Wake up from a dream and what I dreamt of is suddenly a reality.”

Baenziger, and Kamelger, founded the AF Racing group, in order to Finance the car, Red Bull took over the development and Aston Martin, the Marketing. In the meantime, the project has grown yet; to mid-2028 now three vehicles with mid-engine going to come from. The Valkyrie of Valhalla (see Box), and later, the new Vanquish will follow.

On the way to reality

Newey, for example, has placed in the exhaust where hot air is needed.”

Only 150 customers worldwide will benefit from this unique car. Deeply interested in the need to engage with the equivalent of about 2.3 million Swiss francs in the bag. But there is a Hypercar after a Swiss recipe.

New V6 for the Valhalla

for the First time since 1968, Aston Martin developed its own engine. The 3.0-litre V6-Turbo is supposed to weigh less than 200 kilograms and 2022 in the mid-engine sports enthusiasts Valhalla debut. Thanks to electrification, he is likely to be as a Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid, the most powerful drive in the supply of Aston Martin.
