MOSCOW, 29 Sep – RIA Novosti. Premiere of “Stories of mercy”, where famous actors will read stories to children in isolation, will take place on Wednesday on the Youtube channel Miloserdie according to the website of the Russian Orthodox Church.

“For example, many of our friends we saw clearly how hard it is for families with young children to stay at home in isolation. We want to help them and all who find themselves in this situation – so there was a “Tales of mercy.” We called our friends and they quickly responded to the idea of giving at least a little rest parents”, – said the organizer of the project “Tales of mercy” Svetlana Shepel, whose words are reported.

Children can listen to fairy tales performed by famous artists and friends of the service of assistance “Mercy”.

“Readers chose a variety of stories, from classics to science fiction, from the well known children’s writers to contemporaries. Igor Livanov read Korney Chukovsky, Love Tolkalina, Dmitry Pevtsov — tales Galina Sokolova,” – says the publication.

Among them: more than 90 shelters for the homeless, 60 rehabilitation centers for drug addicts, 75 shelters for women in crisis, more than 60 almshouses (centers nursing care for elderly people living alone), more than 800 large volunteer organizations and charity groups, more than 300 of the sisterhoods of mercy and more than 400 projects to help people with disabilities.
