As said at the briefing in the White house, the Minister for digital development and communication Maksut Shadaev, the “Mobile ID”, developed by the Ministry of communications, will allow people not to get the paper passport 9 times out of 10.

the Mobile ID of the individual will be present in the mode of a QR code as it is now working when using the digital badges movement. According to Shadaeva, transferring data from paper is time-consuming process that is fraught with errors. And in the case of mobile apps during data transfer errors are virtually eliminated. “It’s convenient for the person and for the person who enters the data,” – said the Minister.

With the mobile application, in his opinion, will allow citizens to feel more confident. Now the whole passport is scanned entirely and is kept in full. “What is happening with their data, people don’t always know” – recognizes Sadaev. In the case of mobile applications will use only the amount of information that is needed to the other party.

In particular, the sale of alcohol sellers will only receive information about the age of the customer, and will not be able to see, for example, his residence. And when you make omissions from the application are extracted only photo, name and surname. “People will feel more protected”, – said the head of Ministry of communications.

Sadaev not hide the fact that you can easily enter the application “Mobile ID” of power made history with digital passes to movement. They understood that the array of passport data can be quickly digitized and turned into QR codes.
