“the index of the quality of the urban environment is calculated for the second year in a row. Thanks to data obtained in the first study, many cities were able to determine the priorities in development and to take the necessary management decisions. For the short time we were able to see the positive results of this work – the number of cities with favorable environment increased to 299 of 1115”, – said Deputy Chairman of the government of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin.
