The Communist party is collecting funds to help the CJSC “state Farm Lenin”, which belongs to billionaire Paul Grudinin. This follows from the appeal of Deputy Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist party Yuri Afonin, leader of the party Gennady Zyuganov, which was published in the telegram-channel “Boiler room”.
“On the basis of your instructions work was initiated to raise funds to assist CJSC “state Farm Lenin”,” — said in the document.
It is noted that a dedicated party of 200 thousand rubles have already created a section on the website of the farm, dedicated to raising funds, set up advertising on social networks, published on the Internet messages and videos with requests for money transfer, fundraising is organized on the site Boomstarter. In his address Afonin requests to transfer another 200 thousand rubles to increase the collection of money.
On the website of the farm indicated that the collection of charitable aid “tuition for the MON Grudinina, the case № A41-89503/18”. Provided that the total debt is over 1 billion 66 million 219 thousand rubles, managed to collect a little more than 19 million rubles.
According to article 33 of the Federal law “On political parties”, the parties are allocated money from the Federal budget on the basis of participation in the election to offset the financial costs. Therefore, the Communist party partially spending the money to repay the debt Grudinina. Earlier the arbitration court of Moscow region has registered the claim of the number of shareholders of suburban “Farm named after Lenin”, demanding to collect with its Director Pavel Grudinina about 829 million rubles, reports the business newspaper “Sight”. In the end, the court decided to recover from Grudinina more than 1 billion rubles in favor of his enterprise.
