Frenkie the Jong, Pedri and most recently Gavi. The list of Barcelona players who are said to be on Bayern’s wish list is long. As the Spanish newspaper “Mundo Deportivo” reports, Ansu Fati has now joined the team.

According to the newspaper, Munich are dealing with the 20-year-old offensive all-rounder. Fati is currently only a reserve player under Xavi Hernandez and has only been in the starting line-up seven times in his 19 league games.

Accordingly, Bayern could use the dissatisfaction of the young super talent to lure Fati to Munich.

As the “Mundo Deportivo” wants to know, Julian Nagelsmann in particular is said to be a big fan of the Spanish international.

However, the financial framework of a possible transfer clearly speaks against a move to Munich. Fati is contractually bound to Barcelona until 2027.

The current market value is estimated at 50 million euros. According to reports, however, he has an exit clause for the ridiculous sum of – attention – one billion euros.

This value is probably due to the fact that those responsible in Barcelona once saw Lionel Messi’s successor in Fati. But many injuries and inconsistent performances have made things difficult for the young talent.

From a sporting point of view, a transfer would also make little sense from Bayern’s point of view. In principle, Fati can play all positions on the offensive, but is primarily used on the left wing. In Sadio Mané and Kingsley Coman, Bayern are already well occupied on the left.
