"most restaurants and cafes have reopened in the North-West of Moscow – 97,8%, and less resumed work of public catering enterprises in Zelenograd – 62% of the total number," he said.

According to him, the city has opened 1 764 summer cafe – more than 83% of worked last year.

New format of work

Nemeryuk said that from 28 March to 23 June, the public catering in Moscow, with the exception of factory and office canteens and canteens, could only work to take away or for delivery.
