Prince Andrew will make an undisclosed gift to Virginia Giuffre’s charity

According to R. Couri Hay, a Hollywood publicist, Prince Andrew won’t be restored to a “position at the balcony” following a settlement with Virginia Giuffre in a sexual abuse case.

Giuffre alleged that Prince Andrew abused her three times when she was just 18 years old, at the request of Jeffrey Epstein & Ghislaine Maxwell. The trial was scheduled for the fall 2022.

Although the settlement amount is not known, Hay estimates that it will be between $10-15 million. Plus legal fees which will be paid by Prince Andrew. The filing didn’t specify whether Giuffre, 38, would receive any money as part the settlement.

Additionally, reported Queen Elizabeth I contributed to the settlement amount via a private fund and not through tax payers’ money. However, the palace refused to comment on Prince Andrew’s financials.

“The queen, I think wisely. However, I don’t believe she had to sell any jewelry. She didn’t open the tower to get a tiara. Hay said that Hay didn’t have the money, but that it was a matter of personal preference.

Hay believes Prince Andrew was “pitching in” by the queen, but speculates Queen Elizabeth II ultimately “bailed him out.”

Hay stated that Hay was too old to be saved by money. Hay then claimed that his mother saved him and helped him out. It was for her Jubilee, the reputation of [Prince] Charles and Camilla. This was beginning to overshadow all of the news.

Hay believes that Prince Andrew did not admit to sexually assaulting Giuffre despite the settlement.

Hay stated that Hay didn’t confess to having slept with her or raped her. Hay said, “He doesn’t admit to anything except that she was acknowledged.”

The royal’s lawyer noted that Giuffre had been a victim to sexual abuse in a joint court filing by Prince Andrew’s and Giuffre’s attorneys.

The letter stated that Prince Andrew had never meant to denigrate Ms. Giuffre’s personality and that he accepted that she has been both a victim of abuse and the victim of unfair public attacks.

“It is well known that Jeffrey Epstein has been a trafficker of young girls for many years. Prince Andrew regrets his association to Epstein, and commends Ms. Giuffre’s bravery in standing up for others,” the filing continues.

Hay believes that it is unlikely that Prince Andrew will ever be granted a position in any royal family because of the settlement.

Hay stated that Andrew would never be restored to his balcony position.

He said, “They’re not going to parade him around and feel proud of him.”

Hay stressed that he does not believe Prince Charles or Prince William will ever restore Prince Andrew’s military and philanthropic titles or honors. However, Hay noted that Queen Elizabeth II could depending on the outcome of the next few years.

“There is no guilty verdict. Hay stated that Hay had reached a settlement on paper. “And most people who make these settlements say they don’t want to bring the Queen, the Crown or anyone else through a trial. That’s how they explain the money being distributed as opposed to ‘We are guilty’.
