Citizens of the Russian Federation registered in Moscow who have the active right to vote, who will be 18 years old on the day of voting, will be able to take part in the online voting. You will also need a full account on mos.ru. You can apply until 23: 59 on September 13.

To do this, you need to log in to mos.ru and click on the link. You can also use the applications “My Moscow” or “Public Services of Moscow”. To send the application, you will need to enter the code from the SMS. To get it, you need to click the “Request confirmation code” button located after the form with the user’s data.

The final number of Muscovites registered as electronic voters will be known after the end of registration. This is due to the fact that the submitted applications are subject to mandatory verification by the CEC of Russia.

A few days before the vote, all users who will be able to cast their vote online will receive notifications in their personal account on mos.ru, by SMS and email. They will be excluded from the voting lists at the polling stations.

On July 29 and 30, the electronic voting system passed a large-scale test. It was organized in the format of a test vote with the participation of Muscovites. The test vote made it possible to make sure that the system is ready to work under high load conditions and to test new options that will be available to users in September.
