the telecommunications Operator Tele2 and the Department of labour and social protection of population of Moscow has started in the capital, a series of online lectures on mobile Internet. The project is designed for older people.

For learning to be accessible a special portal, “I’m home” and YouTube channel.

“In the framework of the project, Tele2 will release some of the educational videos, thanks to which the older generation learns how to effectively use mobile applications and services. The company’s specialists will tell about the possibilities of social networks and will teach the basics of digital literacy,” – said the press service of the operator.

the First lesson was devoted to the basics of creating your account for Internet use on the smartphone and methods of installation the most current application.

the Project was developed with the participation of the social development Complex of Moscow. An aggregator of good deeds combines charitable and volunteer initiatives from the state, nonprofit organizations, and businesses.

As stated by the Director of Moscow macro-region Tele2 Igor jijikin, the project company motivate the elderly to stay at home, as well as offer them an interesting pastime.

In late March, Tele2 announced that Moscow has increased the demand for routers and modems. Analysts operator has linked this trend with the transfer of a large number of residents of the capital for freelance work.
