The number of applications submitted to the Rosreestr for registration of equity participation agreements in construction in the Far Eastern Federal District amounted to 22 thousand for seven months of 2021.

Such data was provided by the deputy head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) Elena Martynova, speaking at the session “National Program: Far Eastern Business Plan” of the Eastern Economic Forum held in Vladivostok.

In general, in the Far Eastern Federal District, there is a significant increase in the number of applications submitted on the day for registration of DDU.

– In comparison with 2020 for the same period-an increase of 31 percent, – said Martynova.

At the same time, according to her, in the whole country, 47 percent of equity participation agreements are concluded in electronic form. In the regions of the Far East, only about 22 percent of applications for registration of equity participation agreements are submitted via the Internet. However, in some regions these indicators are high: in the Trans – Baikal Territory-82 percent, in the Sakhalin Region-70, in the Republic of Buryatia – 66 percent.

In addition, during the seven months of 2021, 2.2 million mortgage transactions were submitted for registration in the Russian Federation. Of these, 94 thousand are in the Far Eastern Federal District: 23 thousand – in the Primorsky Territory, 17 thousand – in the Khabarovsk Territory, 10 thousand – in the Amur Region. The leaders in the share of “electronic” mortgages are the Amur Region (60 percent), the Kamchatka Territory (54), the Magadan Region and the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (59 percent each).
