“in the exercise of a previously installed one-time payment in the amount of 10 thousand rubles for children from 3 to 16 years was worked out by the technical algorithm of the electronic exchange of data that will allow us to transfer funds to parents of more than 15 million children during the first day of payments, – explained in Department. – Funds for the remaining applications received before June 1, were paid within 10 days. On the current day of payment already made 21 million children.”

the Ministry stressed that the payment, which was launched in early June, managed to carry out quickly and accurately, without failures. Therefore, the same mechanism was decided to be applied in the new lump-sum payment. And all 274 billion roubles, which was allocated by the government for these purposes will be distributed among the receivers using exactly the same algorithm.

moreover, the parents of children who have already applied for one of previous payments: monthly for children up to 3 years and the first lump sum for children from 3 to 16 years no further action do not need: the information they already have with the Pension Fund, the money will be transferred after July 1, as specified in the regulations, said the Ministry of labor.

For those parents who for any reason didn’t apply to these payments, there remains the possibility to apply for money owed to them until 1 October. After checking the application, all amounts will be transferred to such recipients at a time.

“Thus, the implementation of the new lump-sum payment shall be in accordance with the previously adopted approach, – concluded the press-service of the Department. – The Ministry of labour and social protection no decisions on changing the existing algorithm in order to accelerate payments not accepted”.
