As at 14.00 Moscow time the index of isolation in Moscow was 2.8. This means that a lot of people and should stay home. Among the closest to the capital cities of the Moscow region the highest index value was observed in the Rail (3,4), the lowest – in Noginsk (2,2).
If we look at Russian cities with population over 1 million people, in General, in most regions, at 14.00 MSK on the street was a significant part of the population. The highest index value was observed in Perm (16.00 local time) and in Nizhny Novgorod – the index in the cities was 2.3.
