Government economic recovery plan, in General, approved by Vladimir Putin — the President offered to take it “based on” and modify its parameters in the second half of June to next month already to start implementing specific activities. The total cost of the plan is estimated at about 5 trillion rubles, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on Tuesday presented to the President national economic recovery plan and the social life — the document contains about 500 events, the implementation of which within two years will require about 5 trillion rubles, the document was finalized in recent days. The White house proposed a set of measures involves work in several directions: the plan aims for release by the end of 2021 GDP growth of at least 2.5% in annual terms, as well as to reduce unemployment to the level of not more than 5%. It is assumed that the anti-crisis package of measures will be implemented in three stages. Vladimir Putin in General, the plan was approved, stating that the government’s document “can be taken as a basis”,— within two weeks the White house has to decide on its options, and since the beginning of July already to start implementing specific activities.Simultaneously, the government will prepare changes in the existing national projects — as noted by Mikhail Mishustin, “the events of recent months” had on their implementation of the “serious impact”. Note, the most striking example of such influence can be called the sphere of housing construction — this year in the “coronaries” as earlier predicted by experts of the CSR (see “Kommersant” on 27 may), the pace of housing construction, which lagged behind indicators of the national project at the start, can be further reduced. Adjustments are planned for one and a half months — then the government will submit for consideration of the Council for strategic development projects and their proposals for adjustments to these plans.Eugene Kryuchkov
