Bill Withers, known for such hits as “Lean On Me” and ” Ain’t No Sunshine,’ died of a heart condition. He leaves a wife, Marcia, and their two children, Todd and Kori, are left behind.

“We are devastated with the loss of our beloved, devoted husband and father, leaves the family, from the Withers to the news agency, the AP know about it. “He was a reclusive man, who, all over the world with each other and wanted to connect with his poetry and his music. He spoke of being honest with the people, and bound them to each other. He chose to live a private life close to his family and friends, but his music will forever be the property of the world. In this difficult time, we pray that the music, support and fun as fans of their loved ones, to firmly grasp.”

Withers was the youngest of six children, was born in the mining town of Slab Fork, West Virginia. His parents divorced when he was three years old, after which the Bill was brought up by the family of his mother. When he was seventeen he went into the army. For nine years he has worked as a vliegtuigmonteur, and he installed the toilets. After his discharge he moved to continue on to Los Angeles, where he has a factory, for the equipment to work. He bought his first guitar.
