The service “Providing information about employees who have been vaccinated” is located in the sections “Popular” and “Business Organization” in the catalog of services for business on the portal mos.ru. You can also access the service directly from the specialized section of the cabinet of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur.
The list of vaccinated employees can be submitted by a representative of the organization who has the right to use its qualified electronic signature. Also, information about those who have been vaccinated can be sent by trusted persons of the organization who have full access to the account on the portal mos.ru.

To use the service, you need to log in to the office of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur on mos.ru through an electronic signature or through the organization’s account on the public services portal. Then you need to select the service “Providing information about employees who have been vaccinated”, download the list in the form of an Excel spreadsheet and click “Submit a request”. In the information about vaccinated employees, you must specify the full and short name of the organization, the taxpayer identification number (TIN), the main state registration number (OGRN), the main and additional activities of the company, the total number of its employees and the number of employees who have been vaccinated. Everyone who has been vaccinated with a vaccine recognized in Russia or any of its components is added to the list of employees. If an employee has chosen a two-component vaccine, you can enter his data after he has made the first vaccination.

Recall, according to the decree of the chief sanitary doctor of Moscow, the capital’s employers must ensure that at least 60 percent of employees are vaccinated against coronavirus. We are talking about those who work on the basis of an employment contract or a civil contract in the fields of services, education, healthcare, housing and communal services, entertainment and sports events. The list also includes civil servants and employees of organizations subordinate to executive authorities. They must be vaccinated with the first component of the vaccine by July 15.
Anyone over the age of 18 can get vaccinated against COVID-19. Vaccination is carried out free of charge by appointment in 119 points on the basis of city polyclinics. Without an appointment, it can be held in the Healthy Moscow pavilions, seven public service centers and in popular public places where visiting teams work.
