Thursday was a busy day for football. The Eurocup and Brasileirão were already happening, now we also have the Copa América! But the football market is still buzzing with interesting movements. Let’s take a look at everything that went down.

Cruzeiro is close to another reinforcement. If they couldn’t get Dudu, they are now approaching Matheus Henrique. Talks with Sassuolo for the 26-year-old midfielder have progressed. The Italian club was asking for 10 million euros (R$ 58 million) for the former Grêmio player but is willing to negotiate for less, receiving in three installments. So far, Cruzeiro has closed deals with Cássio, Kaio Jorge, Lautaro Díaz, and Jonathan Jesus since Pedrinho took over.

Radamel Falcao García Zárate, also known as “El Tigre,” is back in South American football. He will be playing for the Colombian team Millonarios, where he had a previous stint. Falcao García has had successful spells in Europe with Porto, Atlético de Madrid, and Monaco, and was with the Spanish club Rayo Vallecano since 2021.

Botafogo is eyeing the signing of 23-year-old defender Natan, who currently plays for Napoli. Despite having a contract with the Italian team until mid-2028, Napoli is open to offers to sell or loan him out. Natan has previous experience with Flamengo and Bragantino.

Robson Bambu, previously announced by Braga, was officially presented by the Portuguese club in a creative manner, featuring musical inspiration from Seu Jorge. The Brazilian player, who has played for Santos, Athletico-PR, Corinthians, and Vasco, was on loan from Nice to Arouca and has now signed with Braga until June 2028.

Tim Kleindienst is set to move from Heidenheim to Borussia Mönchengladbach, with the deal reportedly finalized for 7 million euros. The 28-year-old player is expected to sign a long-term contract with M’Gladbach soon.

Santos may be joining Santos. The club Santos has made an offer for goalkeeper Santos, with Fortaleza playing hardball in negotiations. The goalkeeper has also attracted interest from Corinthians in the past.
