“What we help Furgala. Now we want to give him better lawyers and appeal against the decision of Moscow city court on the measure of restraint. Let come back to Khabarovsk, but when will a court session in Moscow — it will come. It already would be sharply reduced passions. And even better to hold a jury trial in Khabarovsk, as asking themselves Khabarovsk,” says Zhirinovsky.
The Deputy of the state Duma lamented the fact that Furgala not allowed even deputies.

However, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin said that the investigation has no doubt about the involvement of former Governor of the Khabarovsk territory Sergey Furgala to the incriminated crimes.
